The process

How a piece is made.

Five steps, about a week, and a person answering you at every one of them.

Client portal: production order MF-0233, an oval halo ring in 18K yellow gold, awaiting payment, with “Why this price”: metal $1,006.70 for 6.88 g, making $135.00, QC report $35.00, total $1,176.70, and the metal price held until the invoice is paid.

You send the idea

A sketch, a photograph of your job envelope, or a piece from our collection. Our desk reads it, asks what it needs to, and returns a written price, every line visible.

Same day

You approve the model

A designer builds your piece as a model you can turn and examine. Ask for changes, twice if you wish. When you approve, the gold weight and the price are fixed.

1–2 working days

Client portal: CAD order MR-0117, an oval halo ring in three metals, with the first model — the Station Halo, an oval center on a band with pavé stations — ready for review in the 3D viewer, and buttons to approve or request changes.
Partner app on a phone: job MF-0225, a pavé eternity band in 18K white gold, “Can you take it?” with the house’s price of $275 typed in and the button “Accept at $275”.

Made at the bench

A casting house we know well casts it in your gold, sets every stone by hand, and polishes it. You can follow each stage, without a single phone call.

About 5 working days

Inspected by hand

Size, weight, hallmark and finish are checked under a loupe, every stone is counted, and the piece is photographed from three sides. If it falls short, it is remade at our cost.

Before anything ships

Partner app on a phone: the QC checklist for MF-0228 with five checks ticked, three photo angles taken, and “Sign QC passed”.

Questions jewelers ask

Who actually makes the pieces?

Independent casting houses in the United States that we contract directly and inspect on every job. You deal only with us.

Do you use AI?

Yes, to price orders quickly, keep them moving and turn a brief into a spec. Every model is made and checked by a person, and every piece is cast, set and finished by hand.

What if a piece isn’t right?

If it fails our inspection, it never leaves. If it arrives not matching your order, tell us within 14 days and we remake it at our cost.

Who owns my design?

You do. Your designs and files stay in your private library, yours to export at any time; we do not reuse or publish them. Designs from our own collection remain ours, and a piece made for you from one is yours.
