Why houses join

A partner that brings work, not headaches.

The right orders, not just more

Each order is routed to the house with the best record on that exact kind of work — so what lands on your bench plays to your strengths, whether that’s volume, high-detail handwork or a specialty technique.

Every order, fully specified

No vague briefs. Construction, setting, metal, finish and dimensions arrive with production-ready CAD files — so you spend time making, not in email threads, and remake far less.

One fair standard

A single, transparent quality standard, applied the same way to every house — so you always know exactly what “right” means. No moving goalposts.

A pipeline to build a business on

A reliable, matched flow of orders makes planning capacity and cash flow far easier. We handle sourcing, specs and client communication — you focus on the craft.

How to join

A real bar — and worth clearing.

The standard is high because the work, and the clients, are. Houses join by invitation, matched to the disciplines they prove.

  1. 01

    Apply

Tell us about your house — techniques, capacity, and the work you’re proudest of.

  2. 02

    Portfolio & sample

We review years of real, delivered work, then you make our blind test pieces — inspected exactly as a client would.

  3. 03

    Scored & ranked

Graded on finish, setting, tolerance, turnaround and communication. Only the top of each discipline joins.

  4. 04

    Onboard & grow

Start receiving matched orders. Keep performing and the volume — and the trust — grows with you.

Good to know.

Volume and standard houses, master ateliers for high-detail handwork, and specialists in techniques like enamel, filigree or platinum. We match orders to what each house does best.

Every order arrives fully specified — construction, setting, metal, finish and dimensions — with production-ready CAD files.

A single, transparent inspection against the spec — dimensions, casting integrity, stone security, finish and hallmarking — applied the same way to every house.

No. Joining is about receiving matched work that fits your strengths; you remain a fully independent house.

You set your price per job; our fee is added on top for the jeweler, not taken from you. After the piece passes our inspection, your invoice is paid by bank transfer within 30 days of the invoice date; Stripe payouts (1% fee) are coming.

Nothing. The free plan receives our jobs, with the portal, job tickets and payouts. Casting House Pro is $199/month with the first 3 months free, and lets you run your own clients through the portal at an 8% fee.
