This policy explains what information AurumFlow collects, how it’s used, and the choices you have. It applies to our website and platform.
Account details you provide — name, email, organization and contact information.
Order content you submit — design briefs, reference images, specifications and files.
Usage data generated as you use the platform, such as log and device information.
To provide the service: modeling, rendering, manufacturing, tracking and delivery.
To communicate with you about orders, support and important account notices.
To operate, secure and improve the platform.
Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and held in a private, organization-scoped library.
Access is limited by role; production partners receive scoped, time-limited access only to the job they are making.
You can export everything we hold for you from your account in one click — every file, arranged by order and revision, with a manifest of your orders and invoices.
You can request deletion from the same place. We erase your files, designs and messages, and keep issued invoices for the period tax law requires.
You own your designs and files. If you are in the EEA or UK you also have the right to object, to restrict processing, and to complain to your supervisory authority.
We retain order records and files for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service, unless you request deletion.
Issued invoices and payment records are kept for the period tax law requires, which is why they survive a deletion request.
