By a casting house we contract directly. Every piece clears a six-point inspection against the spec — size, weight, hallmark, finish, stone security, porosity under 10x — before it ships.

The booth retailer

The bench without a caster
You set and finish; you do not want to run a casting queue. Send the model or the sketch, get the casting back checked and weighed, set it yourself or have us set it.
Questions from the street
Written policy: every stone is photographed and weighed when it reaches us and again before it ships, and the count goes to you with the QC photos. If a piece fails our inspection it is remade at our cost. Your stone stays with you until setting; natural or lab-grown, it is recorded on the work order as you declare it.
By card, through Stripe, when you approve a quote. Nothing is charged against a number you have not seen and approved. Approving issues the invoice; the work starts once it is paid, and the gold price is held 48 hours from payment.
Yes, in the FTC’s words. A stone you declare as lab-grown is written as “lab-grown diamond” on the work order, the QC record and the invoice, with its inscription where it has one. We do not grade or certify stones; we record what you tell us and what we can see.
Prices are before sales tax. If you hold a New York resale certificate, tell the desk on your first job and we will set your account up so it is applied where the law allows. Ask us — do not assume it is on.
Then don’t open it. A photo of the ticket on WhatsApp is the whole intake; you approve the price by reply and get the photos the same way. The account exists for the people who want the invoices and the status in one place.
