Everything jewelers and partners ask most — from placing an order to how your designs stay yours. Still need something? Our team is one message away.
Describe the piece in plain words, attach a sketch, photo or CAD file, and submit. The assistant drafts a precise spec, a master artist models it, and you review and approve before production.
Yes. The built-in AI assistant turns a plain-language brief into a structured, castable spec and fills the order form — asking the right questions, and leaving every field editable.
Neither is required. The account is free and you pay per piece. Jeweler Pro ($149/month, the first 3 months free) is optional and adds team seats, priority in the production queue and CSV export.
Confirm your email and your workspace opens: browse the catalog with live prices, save designs, or send a sketch for a CAD quote. Before your first order we confirm your business (company name and billing address, a couple of minutes), usually within one working day.
Yes. The catalog holds designs that have been drawn, weighed and rendered in every stone shape and metal they are offered in. There is nothing to brief and no CAD fee to pay — the model already exists, so the piece is priced from that model rather than from a conversation. The center stone is chosen separately.
Yes — start from plain words, a reference image, a technical drawing or an existing CAD file. A master artist models it to real casting tolerances.
It won’t reach you. Every model passes internal castability QA — wall thickness, stone seats, prong geometry, tolerances — before it lands in your account.
Two revision rounds come standard, and we keep refining until the model is right for production.
Production-ready STL, 3DM, STP and OBJ — ready for your caster or printer, and yours to keep.
Give it as a US size, or as the inside circumference in millimeters, which is unambiguous — a British 6 is roughly a US 3, so a bare number can be two and a half millimeters of finger out. While the piece is still a file, any size costs the same and changing it is free. Once it is made, a plain shank can be resized at a bench, but an eternity band cannot be cut at all and pavé running past the halfway point leaves too little plain metal to work in. The sizing guide has the full table and the cases to watch.
Yes. Order photoreal renders from the approved CAD in any metal and stone, present them to your client, and only move to manufacturing once the order is confirmed.
Yes — photoreal stills and 360° turntables from a single approved model, in every metal variant you need.
Partner casting houses in the US that we contract directly. Your order goes to the house whose work fits it, then every piece is photographed and stone-counted against the spec before it ships. If it fails that check, it is remade at our cost.
Every piece clears a six-point inspection against the spec — dimensions and weight, casting integrity, stone security, finish, metal and hallmark, and a final photo sign-off. If it isn’t right, we remake it at our cost.
Every piece is made to order, so it can’t be returned or exchanged for a change of mind. If it fails our inspection or arrives not matching your order, tell us within 14 days of delivery and we remake it at our cost. You can cancel free of charge until production starts.
Gold, silver, platinum and two-tone work, with proper hallmarking and metal-purity verification as part of quality control.
CAD is a fixed price by piece and complexity, from $80, and the first CAD is free for our first 10 jewelers. Production is metal at today’s price, at cost, plus the partner’s price for casting, setting and finishing, plus our 15% fee (10% for your first 3 months; 8% if a casting house referred you). Options: rush +25%, a QC report with photos $35, tracked shipping with declared value at carrier cost +15%. The pricing page has the full rate card.
A standard CAD model in 1–2 working days, two revisions included; complex pieces are quoted up front with their own date. Production takes about 5 working days from payment for most pieces, then shipping. Every quote shows its own date, counted in working days.
Not after you prepay: the metal price is locked for 48 hours from payment, and an unpaid quote holds its price for 48 hours too. After that an unpaid quote is re-priced at the day’s gold, and you see the new number before anything is charged.
You approve the quote, and approving it is what issues the invoice. The work is released to the bench when that invoice is paid, and the quote carries the date the piece is promised for as well as the price. Nothing is made, and nothing is charged, against a number you have not agreed to.
By tracked carrier with the declared value on the shipping record, door to door, with signature on receipt. Shipping is billed at the carrier’s cost plus 15%.
Houses join by invitation. Request one on the casting houses page (/partners): we reply within two business days, send a sample job, and then invite you to the partner portal at partner.aurumflow.ai.
You keep your price for the work; our fee is added on top for the jeweler. After our inspection your invoice is paid by bank transfer within 30 days of the invoice date; Stripe payouts (1% fee) are coming. The free plan costs nothing; Casting House Pro is $199/month with the first 3 months free.
You do. Your designs and files live in a private, encrypted library, yours to export at any time.
Never. Your files are not shared, sold, published or used to train anything, and they can’t be pulled outside your organization.
