What to send, so the first reply is useful.

• A sketch, a photograph, a reference or a CAD file — any one of them is enough to start, and none of them has to be tidy.
• The metal and the center stone, if they are decided — 14K, 18K, platinum, and a shape and rough carat. If they are not, say so: that is an ordinary place to begin, and it changes what we ask rather than whether we can help.
• The size, in US sizes, and which scale if it is not. A 6 and a UK M are not the same finger, and a shank drawn to the wrong one is a remake rather than a resize.
• How many pieces, and the date you need them by. A deadline changes which house the work goes to, so it is worth saying early.

If something is missing we ask one question, not for a form to be filled in again.

You may not need to write at all.

If what you want is a piece we already make, there is nothing to describe. The catalog holds designs that have been drawn, weighed and photographed in every stone shape and metal they are offered in: choose the build, and the price comes from the model itself rather than from a conversation.

Writing is the right first step for a piece of your own, or for anything with a question in it. Both doors lead to the same benches.
