These terms govern your use of the AurumFlow website and platform. By using the service you agree to them.
AurumFlow is a managed jewelry production service providing CAD modeling, rendering and production through partner casting houses.
Specific deliverables, timelines and prices are agreed per order.
You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for activity under your account.
Keep your credentials secure and notify us of any unauthorized use.
Orders are quoted per piece based on the work involved. Accepting a quote produces an order confirmation — the price, the specification, the lead time and the terms for that order, as they stood on the day you accepted. It is downloadable from the order for as long as the order exists, and it is the agreement for that piece.
The price on a confirmation is final for the specification it describes. A change to the specification is a new quote, agreed before any further work.
For prepay accounts the invoice is issued on acceptance and production starts once it is paid. For accounts on terms, production starts on acceptance and the invoice is payable as agreed.
You retain ownership of the designs and files you create through the platform.
You grant us the limited rights needed to produce and deliver your order. We do not reuse or publish your designs.
Designs in our catalog, with their CAD models and renders, remain ours and are made for other clients too. A piece made for you from one is yours.
Do not use the service unlawfully, infringe others’ rights, or submit content you do not have the rights to.
Every piece is inspected against our quality standard before it ships. If it fails that inspection, or arrives not matching the specification on your order confirmation, we remake it at our cost — tell us within 14 days of delivery.
You can cancel an order before production starts and owe nothing. Once casting has begun the piece is being made to your specification and cannot be cancelled.
Every piece is made to order, so it cannot be returned or exchanged because you have changed your mind. This does not affect the remake promise above, or your statutory rights.
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the price of that order.
We may update these terms; material changes will be communicated, and continued use constitutes acceptance.
