The shank is round, thin and left entirely plain: every stone but the center sits under the head — a halo beneath the girdle and a short row of pavé across the bridge. From above they read as a line of light around the stone; from the side they are the piece. The claws split at the tip, which is four seats to cut where a plain claw would have been one. 8 stone shapes, 3 metals, four cameras: 24 builds, 96 renders.
Questions
Is the center stone in the price?
No. The price is the finished setting: metal at today’s gold, casting, setting any accent stones, finishing and inspection. The center stone is chosen separately when you order, or you send your own.
Why is there no design fee on this piece?
The design is already drawn and checked so it casts cleanly, so you pay only the gold and the labor. A new design from your sketch starts at $80.
How long does it take?
Made in 5 business days after you approve, then QC and tracked shipping. Rush is +25% of the labor.
Does the gold price change after I approve?
No. The price is fixed once you approve it. A price you have not approved yet follows the gold: if it expires, we price it again at that day’s gold and show you the new number before you pay.
What if it is not right?
Every piece is inspected at QC. If it falls short, or arrives not matching your order, tell us within 14 days of delivery and we remake it at our cost. You can cancel free of charge until you pay; once paid, the order is final and cannot be canceled or refunded.
