Every combination here was modeled once and photographed — so ordering one begins with a piece that already exists, not a brief. There is no CAD fee on a catalog piece: that is $150–480 you do not pay. The price is the metal at today's rate for the model's own weight, the making, and any diamonds set in it; a center stone is added when you order.
