You pay an $80 deposit when you approve the design's price, before modeling starts. The rest of the design's price is part of the piece's price when we make it for you, or you pay it when you take the files. You pay for the piece when you approve the design and the price of making it. The price is all-in, with no fees for jewelers.
Casting houses in the United States that we work with directly and inspect on every job. You deal only with your designer.
Every piece is inspected at QC. If it falls short, it never leaves and is remade at our cost. If it arrives not matching your project, tell us within 14 days and we remake it at our cost.
Yes, free of charge, at any time before you pay. Once you pay, the order is final: it cannot be canceled or refunded. If the piece falls short, we remake it at our cost.
Once paid in full, you own the design, the CAD model and the renders; the files are yours to download at any time, and we do not reuse or publish them. Designs of our own remain ours, and a piece made for you from one is yours.
Send a photo of it. You get one price back, in writing, before any work starts.
