Send a photo of your piece

Three steps, about a week and a half.

You send a picture. We design it and you approve. We make it and deliver it. A person answers you at every step.

How it works

Three steps. You do the first one; a person answers you at each of the others.

  1. A designer's pencil sketch of a round halo ring, with its sizes noted
    I

    You send

A photo of the piece, a sketch, or a job envelope. Ring size and the metal if you know them.

    Today, from your phone
  2. Station Halo with a round center in white gold, our design as the jeweler approves it
    II

    We design, you approve

Your designer sends the design and one price. Ask for changes, or say yes and pay.

    In 1–2 business days
  3. A round solitaire in rose gold with a double pavé shank, on a hand, white linen behind it
    III

    We make and deliver

Cast, set and polished. Inspected at QC, photographed and stone-counted, then shipped to you.

    In 5 business days

What happens in between

After you send
Your designer reads the picture, asks what they need to — the size, the metal, whose stone — and prices the design. Once you approve it, they draw the piece as a model you can turn and look at from every side, in 1–2 business days, with the price of making it in writing.
After you approve
The price is fixed. A casting house we know casts the piece in your gold, sets every stone by hand and polishes it, in 5 business days after you approve.
Before it ships
Every piece is inspected at QC: size, weight, karat stamp and finish are checked under a loupe, every stone is counted, and the piece is photographed. You get the photos and the count. If it falls short, it is remade at our cost.

Questions jewelers ask

What do I send?

A photo of the piece, a sketch, the job envelope, or a design file if you have one. Ring size and the metal if you know them; your designer asks for anything else.

When do I pay?

You pay for the design when you approve its price, before modeling starts. You pay for the piece when you approve the design and the price of making it. The price is all-in, with no fees for jewelers.

Who actually makes the pieces?

Casting houses in the United States that we work with directly and inspect on every job. You deal only with your designer.

What if a piece isn’t right?

Every piece is inspected at QC. If it falls short, it never leaves and is remade at our cost. If it arrives not matching your project, tell us within 14 days and we remake it at our cost.

Can I cancel?

Yes, free of charge, at any time before you approve. Once you approve, the order is final: it cannot be canceled or refunded. If the piece falls short, we remake it at our cost.

Who owns my design?

You do. Your designs and files stay yours, to download at any time; we do not reuse or publish them. Designs of our own remain ours, and a piece made for you from one is yours.

Start with one piece.

Send a photo of it. You get one price back, in writing, before any work starts.
