Terms of Service

You must provide accurate account information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity that occurs through your account unless the activity results from AurumFlow’s own security failure.

AurumFlow may suspend or disable accounts used for abuse, fraud, illegal activity, payment misconduct, or repeated violations of these terms.

AurumFlow provides software and workflow tools for AI-assisted jewelry design, CAD order intake, reviewer delivery, client review, billing, and manufacturing coordination. Availability of specific features can depend on plan tier, purchased services, account type, and live operational status.

Paid subscriptions, credits, CAD briefs, STL unlocks, and related fees are billed using the pricing and product configuration shown at checkout. SLA promises, included revision rounds, and refund conditions are governed by the published Refund & Revision Policy and any order-specific terms shown before payment.

You retain responsibility for the prompts, files, images, CAD references, comments, and messages you upload. By using AurumFlow, you grant the platform the limited rights needed to host, process, transform, transmit, and display that content in order to provide the requested service.

You must have the rights needed to submit the content you upload.

Manufacturers, dealers, reviewers, and clients are independent parties. AurumFlow can facilitate communication, status tracking, quoting, and file exchange, but it is not the manufacturer of record unless a specific service is expressly sold that way.

Users must not bypass the platform in violation of active workflow terms, payment terms, or non-circumvention rules shown in vendor onboarding or order flows.

• No unlawful, infringing, or deceptive use of the platform.
• No attempts to scrape, reverse engineer, or disrupt the service.
• No malware, credential theft, spam, or fraudulent payment behavior.
• No uploading of content you do not have the right to use.

AI-generated outputs can require human review, CAD cleanup, stone-setting validation, and manufacturing checks before production. AurumFlow works to improve output quality, but users should not treat every model or image as production-ready unless the workflow explicitly marks it as reviewed or delivered for manufacturing use.

The platform is provided on an as-available basis. To the maximum extent allowed by law, AurumFlow disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

AurumFlow may update these terms as the product evolves. Material updates will be reflected on this page with a revised date.
